Working with leading event organiser Kyra, we were commissioned to deliver design, print and installation for a London-based brand event created for Femfresh in collaboration with Thursday. The brief called for bold, high-impact visuals that elevated the space while remaining seamless within a fast-moving live event environment.

The Brief

Kyra needed a reliable production partner who could handle everything under one roof — from creative development through to on-site installation. The event required large-format graphics that would work across multiple touchpoints, photograph well and be installed efficiently within tight timelines.

Our role was to:

  • Design event-ready graphics

  • Produce all large-format materials in-house

  • Install on-site in London with precision and care

Our Approach

We worked closely with Kyra to understand the flow of the event and how guests would interact with the space. Our design team created bold, confident visuals that aligned with both Femfresh and Thursday, ensuring brand consistency while delivering strong visual impact.

All graphics were printed in-house, giving us full control over colour, scale and finish. This allowed us to move quickly, make last-minute refinements where needed and ensure everything met the demands of a live event environment.

Our installation team handled the on-site setup, ensuring a smooth, professional finish with minimal disruption — a critical factor for high-profile brand events.

The Result

The final space delivered a polished, cohesive visual experience that enhanced the event atmosphere and supported brand storytelling. The graphics worked seamlessly across the venue, providing strong backdrops for content creation while maintaining a premium, considered feel.

This project is a great example of how in-house design, print and installation enables speed, consistency and confidence — particularly for event organisers and brands operating to immovable deadlines.
